Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy explains how Mundus Web, LLC ("Mundus Web," "we," "us," or "our"), a Massachusetts limited liability company, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit mundusweb.com(the "Site"). It also describes the rights you have over your information and how to exercise them.
This policy covers the Site only. Our products are governed by their own policies. Resumedit, for example, has a separate Privacy Policy available at resumedit.com.
1. Who we are
Mundus Web, LLC is a small software studio based in Massachusetts, United States. For privacy questions, data requests, or anything else covered by this policy, write to info@mundusweb.com. A founder reads every message.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
When you fill out the contact form, you give us the following:
- Name
- Email address
- Topic (one of: build, feedback, partnership, press)
- Message contents
If you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to include in that email. We do not require you to create an account on the Site.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting and analytics providers collect a limited set of technical information automatically. This includes:
- IP address (anonymized by our analytics provider before storage)
- Browser type and version, operating system, device type
- Referring URL, pages viewed, time and date of visit
- Approximate geographic region derived from IP (country and city level, not precise location)
We use Vercel Analytics, which is designed to be privacy-conscious. It does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. See Vercel Analytics privacy details for more.
2.3 Cookies and similar technologies
The Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar cross-site trackers. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies to operate the Site (for example, to maintain a session during a contact-form submission). These are not used for advertising.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above for the following purposes:
- Responding to inquiries. When you submit the contact form or email us, we use your name and email to reply, and your message to understand what you need.
- Operating and improving the Site. We use aggregated, anonymized analytics to understand which pages are read and which links are followed, so we can improve content and fix problems.
- Security and integrity. We use technical information to detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
- Legal obligations. We may use or disclose information when required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
We do not use your contact-form submission or email content to train AI models. We do not sell your information.
4. How we share information
We share information only with the limited set of service providers that help us operate the Site, and only to the extent needed for them to perform their function. Current providers include:
- Vercel, Inc. hosts the Site and provides analytics. See Vercel's privacy policy.
- Resend, Inc. delivers email submitted through the contact form to our inbox. See Resend's privacy policy.
We may also share information in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. If that happens, we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5. Data retention
We keep contact-form submissions and email correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of the conversation, and then for a reasonable archival period (typically 24 months) before deletion. Aggregated, anonymized analytics may be retained longer because it cannot be linked back to you.
You may request deletion of your contact-form submission at any time by writing to info@mundusweb.com.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights regarding your personal information. We honor the following rights for all visitors, regardless of jurisdiction:
- Right to access. Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Right to correction. Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Right to deletion. Ask us to delete your personal information, subject to limited exceptions (for example, where we are required by law to retain it).
- Right to object or restrict processing. Tell us to stop using your information for a particular purpose.
- Right to data portability. Receive a copy of your information in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Right to withdraw consent. Where we rely on consent, withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@mundusweb.com. We will respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
6.1 Residents of California (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you additional specific rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete that information, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6.2 Residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our lawful bases for processing your personal information are:
- Consent for analytics processing, where applicable.
- Legitimate interests in operating the Site, responding to inquiries, and securing our service.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe we have not handled your information lawfully.
7. Children
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@mundusweb.com and we will delete it promptly.
8. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS), restricted access controls on our backend, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International data transfers
Mundus Web is based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States or other countries. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in jurisdictions where data protection laws may differ from those of your home country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
